Laborde has an interview with architect Arthur Q. Davis on his long career and Diane Mack takes us to the Dew Drop Dance Hall in old Mandeville.

We traditionally celebrate American independence with fireworks …and with democracy come fireworks of a different sort as every major election approaches. We’ll be looking tonight at which fuses are being lit in the 2010 mayoral and congressional contests.
We’ll also take a special look at the greening of Louisiana and we will check in on the latest from the William Jefferson trial. Our Future Watch segment looks at The Children’s Museum.
